From our very first conversation, our goal is to understand your priorities, your vision, and the type of planning experience you are looking for. We take the time to learn about your celebration so we can determine how best to support you throughout the planning process.
01 | INQUIRE
Complete our inquiry form and share a few details about your wedding, including your preferred date, venue (if selected), guest count, and planning needs.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will be in touch to schedule a complimentary consultation.
02 | CONNECT
During our consultation, we will discuss your vision, priorities, planning goals, and the overall experience you hope to create.
We will also walk you through our planning approach, service offerings, investment levels, and what it is like to work together throughout the planning process.
This is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we are the right fit for your celebration.
03 | RESERVE YOUR DATE
Following our consultation, we will prepare a customized proposal outlining the services best suited to your needs.
To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed planning agreement and retainer are required. Because we accept a limited number of weddings and events each season, availability cannot be guaranteed until both have been received.
04 | BEGIN PLANNING
Once your date is secured, we begin the exciting work of bringing your celebration to life.
From vendor recommendations and logistics management to design development and wedding day execution, we guide you through each stage of the process with expertise, organization, and thoughtful attention to detail.
