How To Book With Us
To get started planning your wedding or event with Kennedy Event Planning, contact us with: your wedding or event date, full name, and email address. Together, we will then select a date and time for your complimentary consultation appointment.
Kennedy Event Planning offers all prospective clients a complimentary one-hour consultation. When we meet with one another, we will provide you with an overview of our company, who we are, how we work and what you can expect from us; we will discuss how we approach planning with our clients, our package options and pricing. We will then discuss your event, asking questions about what you are looking for and your expectations of your planner.
To reserve your wedding or event date we require a retainer for coordination. Guarantee of service availability cannot be provided without payment of the retainer and completed contract. Once payment and contract have been received and signed, you can relax knowing you are in good hands. We cannot wait to get started!
